Our Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Cancellation 15 days prior to departure dates no charge.
6.2 Cancellation 11 to 14 days prior to the departure date 50% payment will be charged
6.3 Cancellation On or after 10 days no refund.
6.5 Strictly no refund will be made when passengers are denied embarkation for non–compliance of immigration requirements.
6.6 Cancellation in extreme circumstances: - Cancellation prior to the date of travel be largely hindered, endangered or affected due to a force majeure e.g. through war, domestic turbulence, natural disasters, epidemic outbreaks, government authority measures, ship loss or other similar incidents which were not predictable at the time of conclusion. In the event of this mention above Ocean Dream cancelling the sailing the guests receive a refund of all sums paid to Cruise Company.
 

PAYMENT POLICY

7.1 Full payment must be deposited before 15 days of the date of departure.
7.2 Delay payment may be result in the cancellation of the cruise booking.
7.3 For guests who have booked an Ocean Dream Cruise and desire to cancel their tour while retaining the cruise, refunds of the Ocean Dream Cruise Fare (including any applicable supplement charges) shall be made in accordance with the following cancellation policy:
